Price and quality part company more often than the industry admits, in both directions. Everything here is under thirty dinars a head - most of it under twenty-five - and none of it is a consolation prize. A 90-minute walk down the Cardo with someone who can read the Greek inscriptions. Yoga on the salt shore at sunset for fifteen. A dawn camel trek in Rum for twenty. Short does not mean thin: these are the experiences where an hour and a half with the right person beats a full day with the wrong one.
