What we collect

To operate the marketplace we collect your name, email address, phone number, and booking history. Payment details are handled exclusively by Stripe — we never see or store your card number.

How we use it

Your information is used to confirm bookings, share details with the host you've booked with, send booking confirmations, and process refunds when applicable.

Who we share it with

• The host of the experience you've booked.
• Stripe (payments), Clerk (authentication), Resend (email delivery) — each subject to their own data-protection commitments.
• No third-party advertisers. We do not sell your data to anyone.

Your rights

You can request a copy or deletion of your data at any time by emailing privacy@joventure.ai.
