Joining is free. There's no setup fee and no subscription. For your first 30 days you keep every dinar of every booking. After that, one flat commission applies, and only when you get booked:
15%of each booking made through JoVenture. The same for every guide and operator.

What does it cost to join?
Nothing. There's no setup fee and no subscription. You pay commission only on bookings made through JoVenture: 0% for your first 30 days after your page goes live, then a flat 15%, the same for every guide and operator.
When do I get paid?
Within 7 business days of running the experience, straight to your bank account, minus commission and card processing fees. You also get a monthly statement of every booking and transfer.
What happens if a traveller cancels?
More than 48 hours before the start, the traveller gets a full refund. Between 24 and 48 hours, you keep half. Less than 24 hours before, you're paid in full.
Who can join?
Guides, hosts and tour operators based in Jordan. You'll need whatever licences your work requires, such as Ministry of Tourism licensing or Jordan Tourist Guides Association membership where it applies.
Do I need my own website?
No. You get your own page at yourname.joventure.ai. Put it in your Instagram bio or send it on WhatsApp, and people can book and pay right there.
Can I still take bookings on WhatsApp?
Yes. Bookings you arrange and get paid for entirely outside JoVenture carry no commission, but they also get no payment protection, cancellation cover or reviews. Travellers who find you on JoVenture should book through JoVenture.
Can I leave if it's not for me?
Yes, you can close your account at any time. You just need to honour the bookings that are already confirmed.
